JWJ Easy 1 Week Fruit Detox
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie: Peach, Mango, Banana Smoothie or
An Organic Mixed Berry Smoothie with Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries and Raspberries
Liquid Base: Coconut Water or Water of Choice
Mid-Morning Snack: 12 oz Pressed Juice Bar Apple Lemon Ginger Juice or a Natural Fruit Juice or 2 Apples or Pears
Lunch: Cucumber Skinned, Tomatoes, Avocado, Olives, (Drizzle Lemon or Lime Juice & Honey with Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper or Citrus Dressing Below).
Dinner: Steamed Skinned Zucchini, Skinned Squash topped with Avocado and seasoned with a garlic herb seasoning.
Preferred Hydration: ½ Gallon of Coconut Water
Acceptable Hydration: Gallon of Spring Water
Citrus Dressing:
1 orange (juiced; makes ½ orange juice)
1 lemon (juiced; makes ¼ lemon juice)
¼ cup olive
1 tablespoon (honey; substitute with maple syrup)
1 – 2 cloves of garlic (grated; optional)
½ teaspoon salt (always add salt according to your taste or doctor’s order)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon ground turmeric (optional)
In a mason jar, add all the ingredients: salt, pepper, turmeric, honey, freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, grate in the garlic, and olive oil. Then cover the mason jar and give it a very good shake. Taste and adjust appropriately, enjoy!
