JWJ Slimming Cabbage Soup
Cabbage soup the Juicing With Jai way is both healthy and delicious. Jai is a lover of leafy greens and low starch carbs so this hodgepodge of yummy vegetables, spices and herbs is the perfect blend to get all of your optimal nutrients in one pot.
Ingredients:
1 Cabbage
10-15 Brussels Sprouts cut in half
2 Cups of Green Beans
3 Bunches of Kale
2 Cups of Broccoli Florets
10 Asparagus Spears cut in half
1-2 cups of Mushrooms (your choice)
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Bunch of Parsley
1/2 of a White Onion
1-2 Stalks of Celery
1 Green Bell Pepper
2-3 Garlic Cloves
Garlic & Herb Seasoning (Trader East)
1 Carton of Vegetable Stock
2-3 Cups of Water or your desired amount
1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Boil in a large pot for 35-40 Mins let cool the enjoy!!!
I will try this! I dont like Brussels spouts but I will try this cabbage soup sometimes soon.

Made soup last night. I let cool and settle overnight. I tasted a spoonful this morning- it was delicious! I was afraid I would have to freeze because the batch appeared large for 1 person. But, imma kill this before the week is over! Thank you Jai for the receipe and motivation.
